No, you do not have to close your office. We try to schedule production on a day when customer traffic is at its lowest. This allows us to use areas of your office with minimal disruption. For example, your lobby may be a location to shoot a customer interview or we many need an additional room to stage b-roll footage.
A-roll is the main track of the video. A-roll may be scripted copy or we can cut together sound bytes from interviews to tell your story. B-roll is the footage we shoot to complement the A-roll. B-roll can be anything that visually supports the A-roll, such as footage of a procedure or piece of equipment, an employee in a room with a customer, a customer doing an activity they couldn’t do before your services, etc.

If you’re in a polo shirt most of the time, then that’s what you should wear. Be sure to wear clean and well-pressed clothing however you choose to dress. Solid colors are typically best, but try to avoid solid white or black shirts. Choose a color that looks good with your complexion. Subtle prints and solid colors are best. But if you always wear glasses, then you should wear glasses in your video.

No. We commonly use an interview format to produce videos. The interview questions are predetermined and given to the provider in advance, so you can be prepared. However, we recommend that you don’t over-rehearse your answers. It’s best if your comments sound genuine and “off-the-cuff”.
